Membership

      Westhill FBLA is proud to have 60 members this year.  During the first half of the school year, we had a very active recruiting campaign.  The kickoff event was the Freshmen Activities Fair.  Our recruitment committee planned activities on a regular basis to attain new membership such as advertising our meetings around the school, having announcements made on a regular basis on the school PA system, and promoting FBLA within the business classes.

       This year, we've seen the involvement of our two new advisors, Ms. Moretto, and Mrs. Manning.  They've accelerated WHSFBLA, and put us on the fast track.  Our store's income has gone up drastically this year thanks to their involvement.  The store has seen the addition of many rapid-refund items, setting us ahead of our profit goals, and doing so in less than three quarters of the academic year.

         If you are a local member of the Stamford Community and wish to join FBLA, go to our guest book and say so.   Both high schools in Stamford have a FBLA Club, and both would like new members.
